To you aficionados of the
large pipe, consider this one carefully. Its overall dimensions are generous
and very well suited for long satisfactory smokes.
It has very thick walls and the
diamond shape of the stem is compatible with the egg design of the bowl,
creating a well-designed, attractive pipe. The blast is deep and regular
all around the bowl as a result of the perfect centring of the ebauchon.
As usual, pipe has been accurately
cleaned, but contrary to my habit the carbon cake coming from the British
blends smoked, has not been removed, leaving this pleasure to the new owner.
